Vietnam Express Southbound

This was my first time in Vietnam with my family. My parents had visited earlier the previous year and that's how they got to know ume. I have personally never met a more punctual, attentive and approachable individual, if you're from the city like me, you'll quickly know what I mean. We were sometimes joined by friends, for which John rented a van with air-conditioning and wifi, he even picked us up from the airport and drove us back! He took us to several attractions including a rain forest hike and Ha Long Bay cruise, where we got to see many of the cave on the sea. An outstanding service combined with genuine kindness. Thank you John, it was a pleasure, see you next time!

Having previously travelled in a number of group tours, this was our first experience of a private tour. Myself and 2 friends visited Vietnam for 10 days in December. I did have a number of reservations, and thoroughly 'trolled' the internet to ensure I got a top quality agent. I selected 'UME Travel' as their reviews and customer feed back in Tripadvisor was very positive. They were very accommodating and good communication to help us plan our perfect trip. We found this part extremely useful, and were able to change bits and discuss various options with great ease despite the time difference. We did research other options but found that this tour helped us see everywhere we wanted to go, arrange accommodation and meals for us and was excellent value for money.

We are family of 3, travel with our son. Dawson from UME travel gave us a great help on When's the best time to travel to Southeast Asia. Should you visit during the rainy season.All sort of detail question. Now I personally love Southeast Asia no matter what the season. We had some much fun on:"Cruise on Halong Bay and Overnight on Board" with our local guide Tri Thu.

We are frequently travelers and we had worked with many travel companies and we can honestly say UME Travel is the best. They took care every details and very attentive to our needs. Great way to experience vietnam for first time travellers!

My parents and I went to Vietnam for 10 days in Sept. It was the best holiday ever. Carrie is our travel advisor and she was professional, knowledgeable and patient. She made changes of the itinerary for us many times until we fully accepted and it really became a brilliant package. We would like to book our next trip to Cambodia and Lao with her again.

We have now returned from our holiday to Vietnam. The trip went completely smooth. We were successfully met by our guides at each point even if on the odd occasion our transfer was a little late. Our guides were all excellent. Tien Manh in Hoi An was complete delight the days we spent together was filled with so many good things. In Hue we were met by Manh again we were extremely happy and he offered us outstanding service. Leighton, our guide in Ho Chi Minh city, made that part of our trip completely memorable. He was very humorous, knowledgeable and helpful. We were extremely fortunate to have had him as our guide.
