Day 1 - Welcome to Bali!
Om Swastiastu! Welcome to Bali! Upon arrival at Denpasar Airport, Your English Speaking Tour Guide will be waiting for you at the main gate, holding the signboard with your name. After a warm welcome, the guide will take you directly to your hotel for check-in. During the transfer, your guide will give you some brief information about your hotel, its surroundings, and about Bali – he will explain your program for the following days and set up it's the timing at your convenience. Check-in at your hotel and rest of the time is at leisure to explore this beautiful Island on your own.
Day 2 - Bali Swing & Ubud Palace & Art Market & Tegalalang Rice Terrace
Explore Bali on a day tour that includes one of the hottest Instagram spots in the world on this day full of breath-taking views and exciting adventure.
The first stop on the tour is to Bali Swing. A series of several different swings of varying heights, the Bali Swing overlooks a lush palm tree valley and the Agung River. Here you will be truly immersed in the Balinese jungle. If you don’t wish to partake in a swing ride, consider one of the ‘hanging nests’ that are scattered around the grounds. Wedged between two enormous palm trees, these nest-like structures serve as lookout points for the spectacular views and are perfect for enviable photoshoots.
We enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing on to central Ubud. Puri Saren Ubud, the palace of the latest King is a not-to-miss sight that features intricate Balinese design and beautiful grounds. We journey to the nearby Ubud Art Market to see more traditional Balinese crafts, where you can shop for beautiful souvenirs or simply admire the artists’ works.
As we depart from Ubud Center, our last stop of the day is Tegalalang. One of Bali’s most recognized places, Tegalalang’s famous rice terraces are one of the most picturesque and iconic scenes of the island. Take photos looking down at the breath-taking scenery or explore the fields and feel the grandeur of the area before you are returned to your hotel.
Day 3 - Waterfalls!
If you love photography and natural beauty, this private door-to-door waterfall tour is for you. Visit the three most beautiful waterfalls around Ubud without the hassle of self-drive: Tibumana Waterfall, nestled in the jungle, Tukad Cepung, concealed behind a cave, and Tegenungan Waterfall. Along the way, enjoy a Balinese lunch at a traditional “warung”.
Day 4 - Cycling Downhill & Villages & Balinese cooking
Start from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm.
Your local guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel, transferring you to our biking start point (transfer around 45mins). On arrival your experienced guide will take you through a safety briefing, provide a safety helmet, and ensure your bike is the right fit. After a quick safety ride, you will set off with your cycling guide on a 3-hour downhill adventure (times may be slightly longer dependent on weather conditions). Cycling along secret back roads, though local villages, farms and lush green rice paddies, you will experience rural Balinese life, and witness both the friendliness of Balinese people and any ceremonies or events taking place during your trip.
Stopping to sample local fruits and snacks along the way, your local guide will explain local rural Balinese lifestyles, as you drop into a Balinese home. Cycling through lush fruit and coffee farms, we stop at a coffee and spice and herb plantation. Here you will learn the ancient art of using herbs and spices in traditional Balinese medicine, as well as the cultivating the perfect cup of coffee. We continue to cycle through rural villages stopping to learn how rice is cultivated (you will have the opportunity to try this), stopping at a Balinese style temple, surrounded by colorful offerings.
We leave the bikes behind as we take a short walk to Gulingan village, Mengwi. Famous for its Balinese cooking lessons. Here you will learn the art of sumptuous Balinese cooking. Cooking up delicacies such as aromatic satay, banana leaf fish curry, lip watering aromatic rice and sumptuous spice infused vegetables, before sampling your cuisine. Its then time to say goodbye, as you transfer back to your hotel.
Day 5 - Campuhan Ridge Walk & Monkey Forest & Club Sunset
Embark on a remarkable day of exploration in Bali, where you'll encounter the island's diverse treasures. Your journey begins with the serene Campuhan Ridge Walk, a picturesque path that offers stunning views of lush hills and vibrant landscapes.
Next, dive into the mystical world of the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, where playful monkeys inhabit an enchanting forest. Witness their antics in this serene sanctuary.
The adventure continues as you visit the iconic Tanah Lot, a sea temple perched on a rocky outcrop, providing breathtaking vistas of the Indian Ocean, especially during sunset.
To wrap up your day, indulge in relaxation at the luxurious Finns Beach Club. Here, you can unwind on the beachfront, lounging in comfort and enjoying the soothing ambiance of Bali's coastal charm.
You will take a private transfer to Nusa Dua.
Day 6 - Beaches & Water Blow & Uluwatu Temple & Fire Dance
Embark on a day of enchantment and discovery as you explore Bali's coastal treasures. Begin at the serene Nusa Dua Beach, a paradise for relaxation and water activities. A short walk leads you to the captivating Water Blow, where the Indian Ocean's powerful waves meet the jagged cliffs, creating a natural spectacle. Further along, Melasti Beach awaits, offering crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views.
As the day unfolds, you'll venture to the legendary Uluwatu Temple, perched on a 70-meter-high cliff, where curious monkeys abound. In the evening, be spellbound by the Kecak and Fire Dance performance, set against the backdrop of a Bali sunset. This journey seamlessly weaves together natural beauty, cultural wonder, and unforgettable performances, all against the backdrop of Bali's picturesque coastline.
