Day 1 - Welcome to Bangkok!
สวัสดีค่ะ Sawasdee ka!Welcome to Thailand! On arrival in Bangkok, your private guide will welcome you at the arrival hall and transfer you to your hotel with a private car and driver. Your guide will help you with luggage and hotel check-in and ensure your arrival is worry-free.

The rest of the day is arranged on your own. You may need some time to relax and recover from the long-distance flight or possibly from jet-lag. If you feel like going for a walk and checking out places nearby, feel free to ask your guide for recommendations for good dining or places to see.
Day 2 - Floating Market & Bangkok Temples
Depart early morning for a 2-hour drive to the 100-year-old Damnoen Saduak Floating Market located 100 km (62 mi) from Bangkok, one of Thailand’s most famous attractions. Day-in and day-out from about 8 am to about 11 am, the Floating Market is routinely crowded with hundreds of vendors and purchasers floating in their small rowing boats selling and buying or exchanging their goods. You will have a chance to take a ride on a long tail boat to get the real sense of a floating village. After the long tail boat cruise around the village, you will stop at a transit point where you can choose to further explore the floating market by a 4-seat boat or stroll around by the river's banks.
After having lunch, you will return to Bangkok, and you will visit Wat Pho, which is one of Bangkok’s oldest and largest temples. Wat Pho was built by King Rama I about 200 years ago and houses the gigantic, gold-plated Reclining Buddha image. This unique image is 49 meters long and 12 meters high with beautifully inlaid mother-of-pearl soles. Your last stop is The Royal Grand Palace, the nation's landmark and the most revered royal monument. You will see the Palace, which is used for many different occasions, and you will see The Coronation Hall, the Funeral Hall, the Royal Guest House, and the mysterious, famous Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew), the most revered Buddha image in Thailand. Then return to the hotel.
Most temples & palaces in Thailand are sacred places, so you'll need to respect the strict dress code in place. You'll need to wear pants or a dress/skirt that extends well past your knees, and a top that fully covers your shoulders. (No shorts, mini-skirts, short skirts, tight-fitting trousers, tights, see-through shirts, culottes, or quarter-length trousers, sleeveless shirts, or vests and sandals (without ankle or heel straps), etc.
The Grand Palace does offer a clothes rental service in which you can borrow some stylish trousers and/or tops for a refundable 200 baht deposit from an office near the entrance. Hang onto your claim ticket, however, as you will need it to get that deposit back.
Day 3 - Head to Kanchanaburi and Overnight in a Floating House
Check out from the hotel this morning, You will depart for a 3-hour drive to Kanchanaburi. On arrival, you will visit the world-famous bridge over the River Kwai. The bridge was part of the Death Railway and was destroyed in Allied bombing raids towards the end of World War II but later rebuilt by the Japanese as war reparations. After experiencing a scenic train ride on the historic Death Railway that memorializes the hard work of the POWs during WWII, you will enjoy your lunch at a riverside restaurant.
You will continue to visit the Hell Fire Pass, and then the JEATH War Museum which is dedicated to the Allied prisoners of war (POWs) and Asian laborers who suffered and died during the construction period of the River Kwai Bridge. And then to Don Rak War Cemetery to learn more about the history of the 6,982 Allied POWs who perished during the construction. Finally, check-in at a Floating House in Kanchanaburi.
Day 4 - Ayutthaya UNESCO World Heritage Site
This morning you will check out from the hotel and head to Ayuttaya, one of the UNESCO World Heritage lists of Thailand. On the way to Ayutthaya, you will visit the Bang-Pa-In Summer Palace, located 60 kilometers north of Bangkok, an impressive architectural blend of East and West dating back to the 17th century.
Continue to Ayutthaya, which was the capital of the Thai Kingdom for 417 years. The city was founded in 1350 by King U-Thong and in 1767 it was destroyed by the Burmese army. Stroll around the ruins of several ancient temples including Wat Phra Si Sanphet, a former royal temple during Ayutthaya's days of glory; Wat Mahathat, undoubtedly the landmark and most photographed objects of Ayutthaya, where the roots of a tree surround the head of a stone Buddha image; and if time allows, Wat Chai Wattanaram, a perfect example of Khmer architectural influence. These temples record the prosperity and decline of ancient Thailand. During the visit, your guide will take you to sample a notable local snack – Roti Sai Mai which is also referred to as 'Sweet Angel Hair'.
After the tour, check in at Ayutthaya's hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 5 - Monkey Temple & Sukhothai Historical Park
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and head for Lopburi in your private car. Today you will visit Monkey Temple, where you’ll have a hilarious experience with cheeky monkeys. Continue to Wat San Phra Kan, the landmark of Lopburi city. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Sukhothai. Upon arrival at Sukhothai, check in and have a refreshment, later, you will continue to the awe-inspiring Sukhothai Historical Park, a big and quiet park with 193 ruins comprising the ruins of royal palaces, Buddhist temples, the city gates, walls, moats, and the water dike control system of ancient Sukhothai.
Day 6 - Chiang Mai and Doi Suthep
Today check out from the hotel, and we will drive straight to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival at Chiang Mai, a relaxing drive takes you to Doi Suthep Mountain. Climb 309 steps (or for the less fitness-oriented, a tram is available for a small surcharge) to the top, enjoying a truly breathtaking scenery all along the way up to the top where you will find Wat Phra That, one of Northern Thailand’s most sacred temples. Have a panoramic view of the city of Chiang Mai. Return to Chiang Mai city with lunch at a local restaurant en route. Check in to the hotel and have a good time on your own.
Chiang Mai is a shopping paradise, with its famous arts and crafts. Nothing beats shopping for a bargain more than in the famous Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. The Night Bazaar, on the east side of the old walled city, is approximately 1km long. This evening, you can explore the night bazaar and find all special handicrafts and souvenirs you need along the street, plus a heap of mobile food street stalls.
Day 7 - Close Encounter with Elephant
Elephant Nature Park is an elephant rescue and rehabilitation center in Northern Thailand where you can volunteer and visit to help (join-in group). This park does not use heavy chains, hooks or sticks to beat the elephants, nor do they use elephants for tricks such as painting, dancing or other unnatural behaviors.
On arrival, join others and learn about the magnificent elephant, then you will have a chance to feed the elephants from the viewing platform. Walk with the elephants to the river that skirts the park. Bath these gentle giants as they splash around. If going into the river is not for you then watch the elephants bathe and play while you stay dry on the river bank. After having your lunch, you will be transferred to an Orchid and Butterfly Farm, you can enjoy exotic butterfly and plant life year-round.
Day 8 - Chiang Rai Full Day Tour
You will start your trip this early morning and hop aboard your private car departing for Chiang Rai Province. En route makes a stopover at a Hot Spring for a break. Continuing on, you will visit Wat Rong Khun or ‘the White Temple’, blending traditional Buddhist art with contemporary themes. This temple was designed and built by Achan Chaloemchai Khositphiphat. A white ordination hall-Phra Ubosot- is decorated with silver glittering pieces of mirrors.
Afterward, head to Chiang Saen, a river town strewn with the ruins of ancient temples. Your guide will share the history of the former Thai kingdom with you. After lunch at a local restaurant, move on to a temple overlook to view the Golden Triangle then hop aboard a long-tail boat for a ride on the Khong River. You’ll arrive at the point where Myanmar, Laos, and Thailand meet, and stop at a local Laos village (bring your passport). Visit the Hall of Opium, a private museum on the former opium trade, before a return transfer to your hotel in Chiang Mai.
Day 9 - Fly to Phuket
Check out and transfer to the airport for your flight from Chiang Mai to Phuket. On arrival, your private guide will accompany you for your hotel check-in. After settling in, relax poolside or head to the beach.
Day 10 - Free Day
Day of leisure. Relax at your hotel or explore the surrounding area.
