The sea in Phuket was like a big crystal and the water was very clear. Our guide was sweet and patient. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the experience very much.

The most impressed sight in this trip was phangna bay! My wife and son were very happy to swim there. The water was so clear and I even can see the sand under the water! So amazing! The other sights in this itinerary were also cool. I love this travel and thanks for the great organization of UME Travel.

I prefer nature landscape than other so I chose this itinerary. Before I traveled to Thailand , I had heard that Thai islands were so beautiful. This turned out to be correct after I visited there. The arrangement of each side was so sweet and I didn’t worry about everything. Highly recommend!

What an incredible and amazing 10 days in Thailand! There have been so many highlights. From the moment I got off the plane in Bangkok, I just felt unbelievable. The culture and rich history of Bangkok and mysterious the ancient temples made my night life be exciting.

It has been two weeks since I returned home from our Thailand trip, and I'm still buzzing on the great experience! Thailand is a great country to visit, and it was made so much better going with our UME Travel group. There are the best restaurants and night spots to check out, and great insider information on all of the places we traveled. I would love to go on another UME Travel, the only problem is choosing the next destination.

My wife and I enjoyed this trip very much. Both cultural and natural spots satisfied us. the markets in Thailand were characteristic. We found a new life style in Thailand. This is a nice experience!

I had the time of my life. Toni was so enthusiastic. She absolutely loves her job and it shows. Her energy is contagious. She gave me an encouraging push to step out of my comfort zone and I did things I usually wouldn't. I absolutely loved scuba diving.

Ben and James are both exceptionally engaging, informed, and FUN!!! Its hard not to enjoy 10 days in one of the most beauitiful parts of the world, but Ume travel's expertise on the areas and top notch local connections made it that much better.

Just to mention their consistency in friendliness, professionalism, timely pick up and delicious lunch. The tour was brilliantly organised from beginning to end. This is truly a private tour, having Tip to yourself, so you can ask anything about Thai culture. Tip is incredibly pleasant and has a wicked sense of humor. She made sure we were all safe and comfortable before we set off, then she led us into a deserted lagoon with just the wildlife for company. If you have ever experienced a mass tour before and the accompanying noise, you will appreciate what this means. She pointed out the wildlife and guided us through what felt like a film set from Jurassic Park! You can easily check the online itinerary to get an idea of what you can expect. Will book my tour online again!

I spent 4 days diving at the Phuket islands. Great food, great boat and crew but more importantly - experienced divers/awesome people who take you out to spectacular spots and have your safety well in hand. The food is served all the time on the hotel. And in the boat, we cooked the fishes just fished by us few minutes before. The food was very tasty, plentiful and varied – from sushi to pizza. I am vegetarian and was easily taken care of. Lots of fruits, cookies, soda etc.The Sunsets were awesome and lots of space to take those in. Everything is great!

Training & Dive masters are very experienced - well organized dive deck & routine. I observed training first hand, you will get real training by qualified divers. I would trust them with my kids. I highly recommend to take this course if anyone needs one. I actually get more trainings than normal. Apart from the five dives in the course, the dive master always there to offer help and guidance throughout the whole trip.

We are using the your tour service with my Boss family trip and feel very happy and excellent with your goods customer services and organised for anything. This was our first time on a liveaboard... It was fun and easy... You dive, eat, relax, and dive again. It's so nice being able to relax in comfort between dives and when the next dive comes... You walk 15 feet and go dive again.

Very organized. Satisfied with their service. They got the good tour guide and drivers. Our flight was late from Bangkok to Phuket, so they even gave us a free airport to hotel transfer as compensation. We booked the Full Moon party tour in Oct., everything was confirmed. The night bars and party were crazy.

UME Travel made our Phuket trip safe and fun! Thanks to it's good team. We were fetched in the airport. And arrange a day tour for us going to the best islands of the world. Activities of snorkeling, site seeing, and lunch, fruit snacks and unlimited drinks is served.

This island did have a lovely beach. The sand was brilliant white and was quite soft. There are however many islands which have much softer sand! Stopped here on one of our tours and this was among my favorite stops. The snorkeling here was incredible! Loads of different fish of all sizes and colors, all wandering around coral. This beach wasn't too crowded. Highly recommended.

The arrangement is fantastic, the staff are helpful and friendly. Lovely private beach and staff so accommodating they made our holiday.

Best tours in Thailand to visit the islands in southern Thailand. First I did the Phuket two day tours, one for Elephant and one for 007 islands. Elephant was definitely the most interesting one! We were bathing together with those giants! The guides were legends and treated us with great care informing us all the way about the 007 islands and how they were formed. The view was beautiful. During the snorkeling step, the coolest guide in the whole of Phuket, pointed out many striking fishes and coral formations that they are otherwise easy to miss. Then we headed to Phi Phi Islands and stayed there for several days. We did an island hopping and a free time here. We have fun time for both experiences. Our last stop was Krabi, we did some land tour. Krabi caves and jungle was amazing! We returned at the last day in Phuket airport to take our flight. The experience definitely worth the price. 

My boyfriend and I booked this private island tour while we were planning our Thailand tours for a few days. We got so lucky with the help of our travel advisor Carrie. She responded quietly and picked some nice hotels for us. Book direct with her! Much easier and less hassle. All-inclusive and we can plan the tour ourselves. We added a romantic sunset dinner in the first day in Phuket. The place was amazing! overlooking the sunset and went again for a swim while the sun was disappearing.

Tour is very well operated. From the pick up at the airport to the food and all the spots planned for the tour. We got private transfer and guides all the tour. Our guides were great and super friendly, and spoke English well. Our hotel in Phulet had a fantastic view located 10 mins away from the centre and main beach. Overall swimming and snorkeling was a lot of fun. Quite entertaining the whole time.

We liked island, beach and wildlife so we picked this 10-day tour. Our choice was wise! The food provided was delicious Thai food for lunch, and a private little BBQ with fish, chicken and prawns, for dinner. The gripe was you can no longer visit Maya beach... Ever. It’s closed by the government Again all we did was slowly pass by the entrance of Maya beach for a photo. But we stop at a nearby bay to snorkel and swim. There were plenty of life jackets for snorkeling and kayaking to help us feel comfortable and safe. Thanks!

We booked this tour for Phi Phi island and Krabi. We arrived in and out from Phuket so we also planned a short stay in Phuket. We have fun time for both experiences. The first day was elephant sanctuary. The second day we went to Phi Phi. We walked to the speedboat and the beaches were beautiful. We were told sea condition was rough and they will inform us time to time. We went to Bamboo Island, Monkey Beach, Viking Cave, Phi Phi Don, Phi Phi Leh, Hong Island. However Maya Beach was closed for restoration which was disappointing but not the fault of the operator. They have done their best. Lunch buffet was delicious and staff was awesome, reasons why I would highly recommend this tour. The boast wasn’t crowded like most of the others we saw. So glad we chose this tour! The final experience was Krabi. We went to the Tiger Temple. It’s on top of mountain it is awesome view can see faraway to Krabi city.

The beach is soft, white and clean. Enough time for snorkeling able to see various type of colorful fish. The sea was very rough when we were on our way back but the Captain of the speedboat done well. They were very focused on our safety, so when it rained a bit we took shelter on a little island in order to not be out on rough waters. Also met a few very nice people from different parts of the world. A good experience.

Would definitely recommend UME Travel Tours to anyone coming to Phi Phi and Krabi. Will use them again next time I’m in Thailand. Thank you again Jorge !!!

They did took care of our experience and safety. While visiting a magical cove full of mangroves our guide make sure that I was safe while swimming under the current. By the way, food and refreshment are provided so just enjoy the itinerary planned. It’s all inclusive.

From pickup to drop-off this company and staff are fantastic, nothing is to much trouble, age group on trip was from a young family to 50+ and staff looked after everyone so well.

CARRIE and All the guys couldn't do enough, from email to on land service. The photos shots we added in Phuket was outstanding. We opted to buy the DVD/USB memory of the day which was delivered to our hotel the following day. It was our honeymoon. Really a memory of a lifetime!

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole tour and also known how to prepare everything and things to do in our free day. Very well organised and punctual. We booked private transfer. That’s really better than group tour than another we booked ourselves when we arrived. the boat itself was fine and super places taken to. Our private guides took many beautiful pictures for us. For our tour in Krabi. It’s well worth leaving early as when we arrived at Bamboo Island only 3 boats on the beach, when we left there was 10 + , Hong island and the lagoon are stunning. Also liked the experience with elephants. Great!

Our family of 6 had a great time and we enjoyed ourselves very much with your companion! We looked at a looot of websites and talked to hotels and agencies about a trip to Thailand beaches. I really wanted to make sure to book with a company that cared about the environment, not disturbing the species and the nature while doing the trip, that offered a trip with only a small group of our families and that would go out early to “beat the crowds”. We saw a lot! Eels, sea snake, baby shark, lots of nemo, puffer fish and parrot fish in our trip! Our group really enjoyed this tour.

We searched a lot on the Internet. We finally decided for a customized tour of all offered tours out there, believing that we would get the best experience and an amazing, incomparable trip. We went to the elephant sanctuary, the temple in Phuket, to P[hi Phi Island, to Krabi and a lot islands in between. Simply perfect. Fantastic service. Very organised, thorough and knowledgeable. We watched the sun drop down the horizon on Amanda Sea, avoid the crowds at Maya Bay, visit Monkey Beach and snorkel and swim in the amazing waters. The snorkeling was amazing! We loved the fact that it was small group the tour guide Bella was really knowledgeable and made it a point to connect with each person in our family. No other strangers. All our families have had a wonderful time.

Wonderful experience, from booking to guides and tours. We did 3 part of tours (Phuket-Phi Phi – Krabi and returned Phuket airport). Both went very well, the places are heavenly, the food offered was great and the guides 5 stars. Being a younger group we wanted to do something as excited as possible and were very adventurous with the arrangement of Diana. We did ATV around the jungle in Phuket. Exhausted but interesting! We also washed elephants! Even the baby elephant was as high as my little brother. We also enjoyed the time snorkeling in Phi Phi and the trekking in Khao Sok. Under the suggestion of Diana, we attended the Half Moon Party in Phuket which was the sisters of the Full Moon Party in Phangna. We got to the top of Krabi. very gorgeous . Beautiful view for 360 . We were 6 adults and 2 children and the tour was totally private. The guides are extraordinary and treat us with the utmost care and attention. They are very careful with the children (whenever they were in the water they accompanied them). I liked Phi Phi the most. The islands truly are beautiful and the stops on the way are stunning. I would have liked to have spent a little longer on each stay in Thailand. Will definitely come back next year!

We enjoyed a wonderful private 10 day beach and island tour of Thailand with our guide Sern from UME Travel Travel. 

We were a group of 8 couples. The ladies couldn't stop talking about how much fun it was and how they enjoyed it. Everything was super easy to book and we received quick responses back from Diana when we had any questions or concerns about our booking prior to the trip. We didn’t want to walk too much so Diana recommend us Segway tour in Chiang Mai old city. Our guides Leo and the other staff were patient and helpful as we were learning to ride a Segway for the first time. The tour was fun and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our ride around the temples in Chiang Mai. We also attended the half moon party in Phuket. Good times with good friends! Great fun! 

I had a wonderful time celebrating my girlfriend's birthday. The whole tour was marvelous and funny. The guide in Phuket is a very accommodating guy and made our tour extremely successful! We liked the photo shot. Our photographer was so nice and knew how to make us relaxed! The UME guys sent me all the photos when we got home. I will highly recommend choosing UME to all my friends. We cannot wait to visit again maybe our honeymoon!

Highly recommend UME Travel and our travel advisor Carrie. Our group of 7 were in town for a bachelorette, we got very lucky because it’s the Thai New Year. Exciting although got wet through! The water battle was crazy while very safe with the arrangement of our guides We had a great play mix, stopped at great bars, had a nice tour of downtown. I would highly recommend this tour. It was one of the best things we did over the weekend and would do it again.....with CARRIE! Thank you for the memorable experience!!

We had the best time celebrating one of my friends 30th birthday this weekend! Phoebe made the experience 10x better because she was so fun and friendly. We deleted Chiang Mai and spend more time on Phuket and Phi Phi Island. We went to several awesome beaches. It was a wonderful experience we had a great time our driver was the best he made sure we where taken care of. Our guides showed us the points of interest along the way.

Had a great time! Unfortunately our flight delayed so we couldn’t get to our hotel and the traffic that day’s bad as well.. but our guide Donna picked some fun places for us to stop at. The following activities were not affected. They also help us when we got compensate from travel insurance. After all, everyone in our group had a great time. Thanks!

We have been on UME Travel in other countries and decided to go on one while visiting Thailand. It did not disappoint. Our previous travel advisor recommended her colleague who’s specific in Thailand to us. My husband & I booked the brunch cruise in celebration of our anniversary in Phi Phi. It was a lot of fun & a nice change of pace from going out to dinner at a restaurant. Everything was hot and fresh and refilled often.We floated on the sea and saw the sun fall slowly into the sea!

Great experience I loved every bit of it! Family and friends had a wonderful time. The food was great! The hotel was nice and we changed some original hotels in Phuket to a more private beach and seaview room type. I hope this review was helpful as i found it quite hard picking the perfect company to explore the unique Thailand.

We all had such a great time! Our guides and drivers were so accommodating and made sure we all had a great time! Hotels were no smoking and either in car. wish we can do it again. :D 

My nieces and nephews planned a birthday party for me in Thailand and we all had an awesome time. The weather was beautiful and view is awesome!! We are definitely planning a party for next year! We book a suit room in Phuket and can spend our family time together.

Our experience couldn't have been better! Brought our honeymoon vacation on UME Travel for last month. Carrie was a great travel advisor - promptly, informative, professional. Private tour is a great way to see the city, our guide did a great job telling us about the history of the area and had great drink recommendations at the bar we stopped at. Our guide was patient, positive & proactive, not only in her approach to understand guest queries, but also was impeccable with her responses and ensuring that she had the answers in a timely manner. She provided us with many suggestions and advice on what to do with the remainder of our trip.

We celebrated our silver wedding in August. Thank you so much for creating a great tour package and many thanks indeed for giving us such a personalized experience throughout the tour. We had a nice meal with a bottle of champagne on the beach. A unique local romantic restaurant. I also prepared a bunch of flowers on our hotel.

We had a really fun tour in Thailand. Nightmarkets, temples, walking elephants, kayaking and snorkeling. Our guide in Bangkok was highly engaging and impressed us with his knowledge of the history of the ancient temples as well as local life. 9 days pass by remarkably quick and before you know it. The photo shotting was the highlight of our trip in Thailand and we also like the free days on beach. Highly recommended!

I stated by trip from 22 July and booked best package from UME Travel . Over all trip is awesome. Diana helped us plan the trip and I must have had 30 emails with lots of questions which she answered promptly and thoroughly. We even had a last minute change where we needed to shift the entire trip by a few weeks and Diana was able to move all of our accommodations to meet our needs. Both hotel is very good and views from hotel is Awesome as well cab is very good. Excellence hotels! Better than we could have imagined. We stay in: 1. The Peninsula Bangkok Hotel 2. Anantara Phuket Layan Resort 4. Zeavola Resort in Koh Phi Phi. The service from all the staff was above and beyond. Each and every member made us feel amazing. We spent 3 nights in the Thai suite, which was stunning. Extremely spacious with amazing amenities and attention to detail. The views of the river from the room are beautiful, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Had buffet breakfast and Thai set dinner. The Butler A was very helpful. I loved the hotel pool, really beautiful to swim in at night. We also had a spa here. Then I had a three-night stay in Anantara Phuket Layan Resort. It’s located with a very tropical rainforest setting with the beach. I stayed in one of the Private Pool Suite. This place is truly a paradise. Very relaxing stay where my suite was only 50 metres away. The food is superb with fine dining every evening. It’s the most perfect place to have stayed for our honeymoon! Finally, we stayed in the Garden Suite of Zeavola Resort Phi Phi. including breakfasts lunch and dinners. It’s a real tropical paradise with a traditional touch of Thai culture, most of this resort which is located within the nature, keeping just the right balance between simplicity and luxury. This tour package, all in all, it’s a perfect idea to spend some quality time with your loved one away from everything!

So we came back again for our honeymoon this September. They answered all my inquiries very promptly and were quick to give suggestions based on my interest. We visited Phuket, Phi Phi Island and Krabi during 10 unforgettable days. I totally recommend them to everyone that wants to live this unique experience and spend some memorable relaxing moments in this pure paradise!

After a recommendation from a friend, my wife and I decided to visit Thailand for our honeymoon. We had an incredible two weeks which were organised seamlessly by the lovely Ms Diana.  It was a relaxing tour with a wonderful guide. Fun and provided explanation and also introduced the cultural and historical background well in English. Food quality was super good and fresh, I cleaned all my plates at dinner☺️. The hotel in Phuket is great. You really feel you live in one with nature.. but still have the comfort of a 5 star hotel. The rooms are amazing with “open” walls so you really feel close to nature. We had a lot leisure time and just relaxed on the beach. We also took a private guides on boat around the islands close by and that was a great experience. Great crew and very reasonable priced. Lucy that we chosen this packages.

We spent 2 weeks in Thailand, covering central & southern beaches and islands. We had really wonderful times, all arranged by UME Travel. We especially enjoyed the company of our travel advisor, Phoebe. She was an excellent travel guide. Gave us a lot suggestions which we could never know by searching ourselves. We completely trusted her. The hotels chosen were excellent. We originally hesitant to come here due to safety concern, but at no time we felt unsafe. It was really enjoyable and we are leaving Thailand with fantastic memory and also getting good photos.

The tour was well organized the food was good. Loved the kayak and snorkel in Phi Phi Island. Our guides explained every sea creature that we saw and even make a lot of joke during the trip. I would recommend more nights as the hotel in Phuket and Phi Phi Island is great. I have recommended this tour to all my friends and family back home who are thinking of coming to Thailand! Thailand is such an amazing place and both me and my wife are so glad to get UME Travel to help us plan for our honeymoon itinerary. In Bangkok, we stayed in Peninsula. The hotel’s fantastic pool facing the Chao Phraya river was the most outstanding of all the hotels I stayed. The hotel in Thailand islands was quiet and the food was great. A lot options. Service was impeccable. The Thai people are the best in the tourism business. We will be back in the near future!

Our travel advisor Carrie was so dedicated the whole time. Contacted me immediately to discuss our ideas for the trip and suggest some options. Even if we planned our honeymoon for about few months later after the initial contact, she did not make us wait even a day. The ground stuff - drivers and tour guides were also amazing. Special thanks to Mr. Aroon in Chiang Mai, Thailand, who took care of us like we were his friends. There was not a single thing that was not organised well. Did not have to worry about anything. The grand deluxe room in our Bangkok hotel was luxurious and with the most amazing river view. Every morning I opened the curtains and sat watching the bustling, brownish river came alive with activities. In Phuket, we had a decent size infinity pool to ourselves above the trees with a straight view out to the ocean, a living room and 2 lounge chairs on that level, and then a bedroom, bathroom and outdoor space another flight up with full length windows viewing the ocean. Never had such a great experience with any agencies before. 

I really have nothing bad to say about the whole tour.

My wife and I went to Thailand for our honeymoon on September 26, 2019. We booked UME Travel Tours and we were accommodated by their friendly and good English-speaking travel advisor. We contacted with Carrie. A few hours later we had the preliminary trip itinerary, which she modified according to our wishes and then changed again because we had to change the dates of our travel. Every time it took no more than a few hours to adjust it. This is our first time to travel outside the country. As first time travelers, our guides toured us in Thailand based on itinerary. He also gave us tips on how to be street smart in Thailand such as where to buy inexpensive souvenirs, places to avoid and things not to do. He made our vacation very meaningful. For a most unique tour you will not experience anywhere else, I highly recommend this company!

From the start till the end of our honeymoon trip to Thailand, UME Travel has been very meticulous with the planning and I cannot write enough in praise for them, in making our trip a tremendous travel and learning experience. We liked the vacation photo shot! Our photographer was very professional. He knows where are the good spot to take pictures and how to make us relaxed before the camera. They have two programs: 2-hours on the beach or on your hotel, the other is a whole day, around 8 hours visiting the island by car and take photos wherever you likes and the landmarks! We definitely booked the latter option. Just contact your travel advisor about this program! The itinerary they sent to you is just an sample. They are a treasure trove! Just tell them your wishes about your honeymoon! Definitely will go back again in future and book with them!!!!

Thailand is a beautiful exotic and safe place. We had wonderful vacation, good insights of Thailand culture, lifestyle, temples, beaches and all the other attractions we visited. Diana did an excellent job mixing it up with my love of temples, landscapes and my wife's love of local culture, elephant and even an honeymoon photography. I have to admit when I saw the price I was skeptical. Was I wrong! Accommodations above our expectations, good food (most included in price), very well organized (cars, boats, house drawn carriages and tickets appeared when needed) and knowledgeable and helpful guides along the way. Overall, I highly recommend this tour
