Chiang Rai Honeymoon Packages
Chiang Rai is close to Chiang Mai. Green trees, quiet simplicity, beautiful scenery, everywhere exudes the freshness and sweetness of Northern Thailand. It is close to Myanmar & Laos, with the romantic Mekong River, rustic villages and the mysterious Golden Triangle.
If you choose to spend your honeymoon in Chiang Rai, it's recommended to choose at least one night to stay in the forest and feel the taste of nature, which will surely add a different experience to your honeymoon trip.
In addition to the literary freshness emanating from the streets of Chiang Rai, perhaps the most striking thing about the city is the "mini jungle" that can be found everywhere. This offers a feeling of living in the forest, which is quite tranquil.

White Temple and Black House in Chiang Rai
If you are traveling from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai, it's highly advised to see the White Temple and the Black House on the way to Chiang Rai. The White Temple was designed and constructed by the famous Thai architect Chalermchai Kositpipat. It has being built since 1997, and is still under continuous construction.
The main building is a white concrete structure with an extremely intricate outer layer decorated with floral patterns and affixed with sequins that reflect light and shine brightly in the sun. There are also instructions when visiting, first crossing the bridge through hell and entering the temple to worship Buddha before entering the whole scenic spot to see.
The Black House is essentially a museum, designed and built by a local artist, Thawan Duchanee. It shows a combination of Lanna architecture and European architecture in various styles. It exhibits many precious antiques from his collection, as well as many specimens of cow horns, skulls and python skins.
Some people say that the White Temple represents heaven and the Black House represents hell; but others think that the Black House represents heaven and the White Temple represents hell. In fact, heaven and hell are only a thought away, both in your experience.
